Universal Windows Direct of Denver is seeking a Field Market Manager to lead our canvassing and home show program. This role requires you to build a team of canvassers and oversee marketing activities in local communities while managing recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills and a year of recruiting experience. Compensation includes a salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• One year of recruiting experience.
• Self-starter with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to self-manage resources to achieve objectives.
• Excellent training/coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze effectiveness of canvassing program.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Build a team of canvassers by recruiting from the local community.
• Maintain New Hire Training and teach new hires canvassing techniques.
• Conduct canvassing and work in the field to meet lead generation requirements.
• Scout neighborhoods for canvassing areas and monitor performance.
• Order canvassing materials and schedule home shows and events.
