Erie Home in Loveland, CO is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to build and lead a team of door-to-door marketers. You will coach reps, drive lead generation, and schedule qualified home visits as part of our growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and self-motivated with a passion for helping homeowners.
• Minimum 1 year of canvassing, political organizing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach.
• Leadership or management experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in recruiting and hiring team members is highly valued.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Tech-savvy and confident using iPads and digital tools.
• Flexible availability, midday, evenings, weekends.
• Full-time commitment, up to 50 hours per week when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 7–12 reps focused on door-to-door outreach.
• Drive lead generation and ensure appointments are scheduled with qualified homeowners.
• Transport your team to designated neighborhoods and foster a high-energy environment.
• Lead by example to drive performance and growth in the market.
