Job summary

Champion Windows & Home Exteriors seeks a Field Marketing Manager to lead local partnerships, events, canvassing, and field marketing efforts aimed at lead generation. You will coordinate events, engage prospects, and schedule in-home consultations with sales reps.

You will also develop training for staff, manage multiple locations, and drive budgets, goals, and payroll. Travel and evenings/weekends are required as part of retail hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing or outside sales.
• Associate degree in business management or related field.
• Prior experience in construction industry and/or lead generation industries preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to oversee budgets and develop reports.
• Ability to lead a team of field marketers.
• Ability to demonstrate products and engage with potential customers.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel using personal vehicle.
• Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Research, register and coordinate events, sponsorships, canvassing, and local engagement efforts.
• Engage potential customers and schedule in-home consultations with Champion Sales Representatives.
• Develop training programs for existing local staff and new hires.
• Engaging with homeowners in local neighborhoods where Champion has recently completed home-improvement projects.
• Hire, train and maintain team of field marketers across multiple locations.
• Manage provided budgets to maximize ROI.
• Determine and set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in partnership with the VP of Marketing.
• Manage and approve payroll entries and updates.
• Contribute content social media and company culture efforts.
• Evaluate data and results to identify areas of improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews with field marketing team.
