Teradata is seeking a Manager, Field Marketing focused on LATAM with responsibility for supporting North American markets (USA and Canada). You will partner with LATAM sales teams to drive pipeline and implement ABM and demand generation programs in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.

You will lead regional demand generation, coordinate campaigns, and enable field teams while managing the regional marketing calendar and budget. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field marketing, demand generation, or ABM.
• Regional marketing experience across Latin America.
• Experience in B2B enterprise software, data, analytics, or AI.
• Fluent English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Drive demand generation activity across the region through a mix of digital programs, field events, partner marketing, and content syndication with clear pipeline ownership.
• Coordinate asset and campaign delivery into ABM and marketing automation platforms, ensuring content is structured for account-level targeting.
• Work with regional sales leadership and SDRs to align marketing activity to pipeline goals and create enablement materials.
• Enable localized campaign execution for Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets across LATAM.
• Design and execute ABM programs targeting named and cluster accounts with multi-touch sequences.
• Plan and manage regional field and virtual events end-to-end, including post-event asset management.
