Veeva Systems is seeking an Associate Manager - Field Marketing to join our growing team. This role supports marketing programs across channels, including email, social, events, and ABM, focused on retention, demand generation and digital marketing.

You will own programs from concept to execution, collaborate with product marketing, creative, content, customer success, sales, and PR, and become a Marketo expert to capture data for measurement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with engaging, value-driven campaign copy.
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Some experience with marketing automation and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and growth-minded.
• Knowledge across email, social, live/virtual events, and advertising channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a broad mix of marketing programs across channels, including email, paid and organic LinkedIn, live and virtual events, and ABM.
• Take full ownership of programs focused on customer retention and demand generation.
• Demonstrate project management skills and execute integrated campaigns from start to finish.
• Write compelling email, landing pages, and social media copy with customer voice and value.
• Understand program measurement and analyze results to improve future programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product marketing, creative, content, customer success, sales, PR, and digital) to manage program components.
• Contribute to planning cycles with data-driven recommendations.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and annual campaign reporting and metrics.
• Become an expert end user of Marketo to execute programs end to end and capture data for measurement.
