Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager - Field Marketing to lead and coordinate multi-channel marketing programs across email, social, events, and ABM.

You will own retention and demand-generation initiatives, manage campaigns end-to-end, and collaborate with product marketing, content, and sales to drive measurable results. You will write compelling copy, analyze performance, and use data to optimize future programs, while becoming the end-user expert in Marketo to capture campaign

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication delivering value-driven campaigns.
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, with a growth mindset.
• Experience across multiple marketing channels including email, social, events, and advertising.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support marketing programs across email, LinkedIn, events, and ABM.
• Own programs focused on retention, success, and demand generation.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end with strong project management.
• Write email, landing page, and social copy with customer voice.
• Analyze campaign results and use data to improve future programs.
• Coordinate with product marketing, creative, content, customer success, sales, PR, and digital marketing.
• Contribute to planning cycles with data-driven recommendations.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and annual campaign reporting.
• Become expert end-user of Marketo for end-to-end programs and data capture.
