Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead high-impact marketing programs across the US. You will drive integrated field plans, events, webinars, and demand programs that support sales and product marketing initiatives.

This role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and collaboration with diverse teams. You’ll manage budgets, reporting, and partner across internal groups to maximize program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B enterprise software or high growth SaaS marketing experience.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work and communicate with all levels in the organization.
• Well organized with high attention to detail and strong project management.
• Proficient in writing for demand (email, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Working knowledge of marketing automation platform (Marketo).
• Growth minded and a team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and execution of integrated field marketing plans for one or two products.
• Lead and support a broad mix of marketing programs across channels.
• Coordinate with product marketing, sales, creative services, and others to manage program components.
• Manage logistics, execution, and measurement of webinars and customer meetings.
• Organize and coordinate events, including logistics and reporting.
• Build and maintain contact lists for marketing and sales; drive engagement.
• Support outreach programs to engage current and prospective customers.
• Own weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics.
• Budget planning and management.
