Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager - Field Marketing to lead and optimize multi-channel marketing programs across email, social, events, and ABM.

You will own retention and demand-generation initiatives, collaborating with product marketing, creative, content, and sales to drive measurable results. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, campaign measurement, and end-to-end execution using Marketo.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience.
• Experience creating and executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot).
• Strong writing skills for emails, landing pages, and social copy.
• Ability to collaborate across product marketing, creative, content, sales and PR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a broad mix of marketing programs across channels, including email, LinkedIn, events, and ABM.
• Own programs focused on customer retention, success, and demand generation.
• Manage campaigns from concept to completion with strong project management.
• Write compelling email, landing pages, and social copy with customer-centric voice.
• Analyze campaign results and use data to improve future programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to assemble program components.
• Contribute to planning cycles with data-driven recommendations.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and annual campaign reporting.
• Become proficient in Veeva’s Marketo for end-to-end program execution.
