Veeva Systems is seeking an Associate Director of Field Marketing to lead integrated marketing strategies and programs across target accounts. This role partners with Product Marketing, Creative, Customer Marketing, and Marketing Ops to build awareness, nurture pipeline, and accelerate opportunities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The position is remote, requiring alignment with Eastern or Central time zones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software marketing experience.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines.
• Proficient in delivering content via LinkedIn.
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Sigma) and marketing automation (Marketo).

Responsibilities

• Own integrated marketing strategy and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Create integrated marketing programs and communications with Product Marketing, Creative Services, Customer Marketing, and Marketing Ops.
• Drive pipeline by nurturing target accounts and accelerating opportunities.
• Manage events (in-person and virtual) and post-event follow-up for ROI.
• Track, analyze, and optimize ABM initiatives.
