Veeva Systems is seeking an Associate Manager - Field Marketing to lead a mix of marketing programs across channels—email, LinkedIn, events, and ABM—focusing on customer retention and demand generation. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive campaigns from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally you bring 2+ years in B2B marketing, strong copy skills, and hands-on experience with Marketo or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for value-driven campaign copy.
• Experience managing and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and growth-minded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a broad mix of marketing programs across channels (email, LinkedIn, events, ABM).
• Own programs focused on customer retention, success, and demand generation.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end with strong project management.
• Write compelling email, landing page, and social copy centered on customer value.
• Measure program performance and use data to optimize future programs.
• Collaborate with product marketing, creative, content, CS, sales, and PR.
