The role focuses on customer retention, demand generation, and cross-functional collaboration, offering growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience.
• Strong written skills with engaging, customer-first campaign copy.
• Experience project managing and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo, Hubspot, or Pardot) and CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a broad mix of marketing programs across channels (email, LinkedIn, events, ABM).
• Own programs focused on customer retention, success, and demand generation.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end and analyze results to improve future efforts.
• Create compelling email, landing page, and social copy with a customer voice.
• Coordinate with product marketing, creative, content, customer success, sales, PR, and digital teams.
