We’re looking for a strategic, revenue-focused Field Marketing Manager to own Hatch’s sales-led events motion. In this role, you’ll work closely with our CRO, SDRs, and AEs to plan and execute high-impact events that generate pipeline, drive conversions, and support customer growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the strategy and execution of prospect and customer-facing events
• Driving Sales Qualified Opportunities and measurable ROI
• Managing logistics, outreach, and post-event follow-up
• Building repeatable playbooks to scale impact

Ideal candidate:

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS events or sales programs
• Strong alignment with sales and comfort owning revenue goals
• Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills
