Who You Are:

We are seeking a strategic Field Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across the Western region of the United States. This role will be pivotal in establishing and growing our brand presence, driving client engagement, and supporting sales efforts throughout TOLA, West Coast/PAC NW and Mountain regions.

This role requires someone who thrives in execution and program ownership while also having the ability to think strategically, contribute ideas, and present well-researched plans. The right candidate will be expected to regularly collaborate with the Sr Manager, National Field Marketing, bringing new program ideas to the table while ensuring all execution aligns with our standards and objectives.

About The Role:

The Field Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies to increase market penetration and brand awareness in the Western region, while supporting national efforts. This includes executing and owning regional programs and developing new ideas aligned with strategic vision.

Responsibilities include:
Event & Program Execution (West Region)
  • Execute and own field marketing programs ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Sr Manager, National Field Marketing to align programs with company objectives.
  • Develop and propose new initiatives to drive engagement.
  • Present plans regularly to the Senior Manager.
  • Plan and execute client-facing events, partner activations, and conferences.
  • Manage logistics with vendors and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with sales to ensure attendance and follow-up.
  • Measure impact on pipeline and revenue.
Support for National Programs & Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain the Field Marketing calendar.
  • Assist with event logistics, sponsorships, and partner engagements.
  • Handle deadlines, registrations, and materials.
  • Support budget tracking, invoicing, and ROI reporting.
Partner & Sponsorship Marketing
  • Support co-branded events and activations.
  • Manage MDF for partners.
  • Align on sponsorship opportunities.
Process & Execution Excellence
  • Ensure meticulous logistics and execution.
  • Identify workflow improvements.
  • Maintain high standards and push for excellence.
  • Act as liaison among marketing, sales, and partners.
  • Complete security training and comply with policies.
  • Identify and escalate security risks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Partner Marketing.
  • Experience in regional programs, events, and sponsorships.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, budgets, and ROI.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Trello, HubSpot, or similar tools (a plus).
Location:

Remote, residing in TOLA, West Coast/PAC NW, or Mountain regions. Regular travel required.

Salary & Equal Opportunity:

NYC base range: $105,000-$120,000 plus bonuses. Compensation varies by location. We are an equal opportunity employer.
