The Role

The Field Marketing Manager role involves practical, hands-on tasks including sales operations, digital marketing, data analysis, customer insights, and marketing communications. It is a full-time, exempt position based in Los Angeles, with a remote-first work environment.

What You’ll Do

  1. Build target lists from ideal customer profiles to support digital outreach and account-based marketing.
  2. Create content for digital outreach, including blog posts, emails, videos, and infographics.
  3. Enhance SEO and manage digital campaigns to promote organic and targeted growth.
  4. Develop customer and partner relationships to generate case studies, insights, and event participation.
  5. Analyze data, craft messages, and drive program adoption.
  6. Research the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
  7. Collaborate with the Sales team to share insights, improve sales conversations, and develop enablement materials.
  8. Create high-conversion landing pages to generate leads.

About You

  1. 5+ years’ experience in growth-oriented marketing within revenue-driven organizations.
  2. Experience with go-to-market strategies and customer journey optimization.
  3. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  4. 3+ years’ experience with Hubspot, campaign automation, digital marketing, and audience segmentation.
  5. Proficiency in organic account-based marketing, LinkedIn, and Instagram strategies.
  6. Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
  7. Ability to combine data analysis and creative skills, leveraging AI to enhance SEO and content performance.
  8. Interest and knowledge in the beverage alcohol industry, including eCommerce dynamics.

Location and Compensation

Primary Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 plus incentives. Exact compensation depends on skills, experience, and location.
