Job summary

depthfirst is building intelligence to detect and remediate critical software vulnerabilities and we’re seeking a seasoned Field Marketer to lead our field marketing program in San Francisco. You will craft strategy, own execution, and help build pipeline through our presence at industry events and partner showcases.

You’ll own Black Hat presence, build scalable event motions, partner with sales teams, write invites and landing pages, oversee budgeting, venue sourcing, staffing, and produce a

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of B2B field marketing experience with events that boost brand awareness and pipeline.
• End-to-end event execution: targeting, outreach, registration, logistics, onsite, follow-up.
• Experience in a strong field marketing organization and startup scale.
• Ability to operate independently and collaborate with sales leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own depthfirst's first Black Hat presence and experiential booth planning.
• Build a repeatable event motion including executive invites and partner events.
• Partner with BDRs and AEs to secure attendance and progress deals post-events.
• Write invites, landing pages, emails, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.
• Manage end-to-end event operations: budgeting, sourcing, logistics, staffing, onsite.
• Create a scalable field playbook with templates, workflows, and reporting.
