LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute community events, showcases, and Realtor engagements across multiple communities. You will drive traffic and enhance the customer experience while maintaining brand-compliant signage, collateral, and digital listings.

This role travels between communities, supporting content creation and post-event follow-ups. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Business and 2+ years in marketing or events,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Creativity and an eye for presentation.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools.
• Willing to travel between communities and work evenings/weekends.
• Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements.
• Drive traffic to communities and enhance customer experience.
• Coordinate on-site event execution and post-event follow-up.
• Ensure signage, collateral, and digital listings align with brand standards.
• Track traffic trends and provide weekly leadership insights.
• Manage marketing inventory and vendor relationships.
• Support photography and video needs and content creation.
• Assist with community launches and closeouts.
