LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring our marketing to life across multiple communities. You will plan and execute events, showcases, and Realtor engagements while driving traffic and enhancing the customer experience.

This on-site role coordinates signage, collateral, digital listings, and post-event follow-up to maintain brand standards and strong visibility. You will also track traffic trends, manage inventory and vendors, support media needs, and deliver weekly insights

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with 2+ years in marketing/events/community engagement.
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Creativity and presentation focus with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Proficient with social media management and content editing tools.
• Willing to travel between communities and work evenings/weekends for events.
• Skilled at building relationships with teams, partners, and the community.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements.
• Activate national campaigns locally to drive traffic and sales performance.
• Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and touchpoints align with brand standards.
• Manage full event process: planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Track traffic trends, review online listings, and share weekly insights with leadership.
• Manage marketing inventory and vendors; support photography and video needs.
• Assist with launches and closeouts; keep information centers visitor-ready.
