Job summary

LGI Homes, Inc. seeks a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring our marketing to life across communities by planning and executing events, showcases, and Realtor engagements. This field-based role travels between communities to drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.

You will ensure brand-consistent signage, collateral, and digital listings, while supporting photography, video needs, and content creation for campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between communities and work evenings/weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements.
• Ensure signage, collateral, listings, and touchpoints align with brand standards.
• Manage full event process from planning to on-site execution and follow-up.
• Track traffic trends, review listings, and share weekly insights with leadership.
