LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring our marketing to life across multiple communities by planning and executing events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements that drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.

This field-based role activates national campaigns locally, improves community presentation, supports content creation, tracks traffic trends, and shares weekly insights with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Strong event planning and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient with social media and content creation.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and content editing.
• Willingness to travel between communities and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements that drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.
• Activate national campaigns locally and improve community presentation.
• Support content creation and provide insights to drive sales performance.
• Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and touchpoints are polished and brand-aligned.
• Manage the full event process from planning to onsite execution and post-event follow-up.
• Handle data entry, reporting, and weekly insights for leadership.
• Manage marketing inventory and vendors; support photography and video needs.
• Assist with community launches and closeouts; keep information centers visitor-ready.
