LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring our marketing efforts to life across multiple communities. You will plan and execute events, engage Realtors, and ensure local listings and signage reflect brand standards.

You will travel between communities, manage event logistics, and report on traffic trends while collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements.
• Manage full event process: planning, coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Handle data entry and reporting, track traffic trends, and share weekly insights with leadership.
