LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring marketing to life across communities by planning and executing events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements that drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.

The role travels between communities, handles signage, collateral, digital listings, and manages the full event process from planning to post-event follow-up, while providing weekly insights and supporting inventory, vendors, and media needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Creative with presentation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Proficient with social media management and content editing tools.
• Willing to travel between communities and work evenings/weekends.
• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic.
• Activate national campaigns locally and improve community presentation.
• Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and touchpoints align with brand standards.
• Manage end-to-end event process: planning, onsite execution, post-event follow-up.
• Enter data, track traffic trends, review listings, and share weekly insights with leadership.
• Oversee marketing inventory and vendors; support photo and video needs.
• Assist with community launches and closeouts; keep information centers visitor-ready.
