Job summary

LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring our marketing to life across multiple communities in Texas. You will plan and execute events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.

As the on-the-ground extension of the marketing team, you will manage signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints, coordinate the full event process, track data, and share insights with leadership while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Creativity and an eye for presentation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools.
• Willing to travel between communities and work evenings and weekends for events.
• Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.
• Manage signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints to ensure brand consistency across communities.
• Own the full event process from planning to onsite execution and post-event follow-up; provide weekly insights to leadership.
• Track traffic trends, review online listings, evaluate sign routes, and share weekly insights with leadership; support inventory and vendor management.
• Support photography and video needs, community launches, and closeouts; ensure information centers are visitor-ready.
