LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring our marketing to life across multiple communities. You will plan and execute events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.

You will manage signage, collateral, digital listings, and brand standards while coordinating full event life cycles and delivering weekly insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Strong event planning and communication skills.
• Creative with good presentation and multitasking ability.
• Social media and content editing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements.
• Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and brand consistency across communities.
• Manage full event process from planning to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
• Handle data entry, reporting, traffic trends, and weekly leadership insights.
• Manage marketing inventory, vendors, photos/videos, and community launches/closeouts.
• Keep information centers visitor-ready at all times.
