Job summary

Orchid Security, the Identity Infrastructure Control Plane, seeks its first Field Marketing Manager to own the company’s field presence. You’ll run third‑party events, hosted experiences, and ABM field programs, partnering with sales to generate pipeline and foster executive connections with CISOs and IAM leaders.

You’ll own end-to-end field logistics, plan regional campaigns, and collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across the region.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in field/event marketing for B2B SaaS/cybersecurity.
• Ability to plan a regional events calendar, manage budgets and vendors.
• Partner closely with sales and measure pipeline impact.

Responsibilities

• Own Orchid’s field events strategy: conferences, sponsorships, RSA/Gartner regional events.
• Design executive programs and intimate experiences for CISOs and IAM leads.
• Build account-based field programs with regional sales teams.
• Lead end-to-end event logistics: venue, booth, speakers, and budget.
• Drive pre/post-event engagement and nurture pipeline with demand gen.
• Track ROI: pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, attendance, and engagement.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align messaging and tools for the region.
