Job summary

Orchid is seeking its first Field Marketing Manager to own the company’s presence in the field across the East Coast. This hands-on role partners with sales to turn events, executive programs, and regional campaigns into real pipeline by running end-to-end logistics and tailored ABM initiatives.

You’ll design executive programs, manage vendor and venue logistics, and collaborate with product marketing to ensure consistent messaging. Expect regular travel to key accounts and conferences.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.
• Proven ability to plan and execute a regional event calendar from scratch, managing budget, logistics, and vendor relationships.
• Strong partnership with sales to drive pipeline and revenue through field activities.
• Experience running executive programs and intimate customer experiences.
• Hands-on approach to account-based field programs with high-value accounts.
• Data-driven mindset to track pipeline contribution and optimize program mix.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Orchid’s field events strategy: industry conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and regional presence.
• Design and run Orchid-hosted executive programs: roundtables, dinners, workshops, and bespoke experiences for CISOs and IAM leads.
• Build and run account-based field programs in partnership with regional sales reps for high-priority accounts.
• Own end-to-end event logistics: vendor management, venue sourcing, speaker coordination, booth production, budget tracking, on-site execution.
• Drive pre- and post-event engagement with demand gen and marketing ops to maximize attendance and pipeline.
• Track and report field marketing ROI: pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, event attendance, and account engagement.
