Job summary

Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage daily retail partner relations, conduct product training, and drive sales and brand awareness through demonstrations and merchandising.

This role requires residing in the defined US territory and occasional travel. The position emphasizes training champions, building strong retailer relationships, and monitoring weekly sales to implement effective strategies for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business field.
• Ability to travel within territory daily and up to 30% overnight.
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy tools over 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license; travel to global corporate headquarter may be required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon branded products and the industry.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon product across the retail environment.
• Ensure Chervon products within retail partners are merchandised to effectively drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal associates.
• Monitor and analyze weekly/monthly comparable sales while providing recommendations to drive sales at stores.
• Initiate and execute in-store product training with retail associates.
• Develop and execute creative demonstration events and store walks to drive sales.
