You will plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements, coordinate signage, collateral, digital listings, and touchpoints to reflect brand standards and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Real estate marketing experience preferred.
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Creative with an eye for presentation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Proficient with social media management and content editing tools.
• Willing to travel between communities and work evenings/weekends for events.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements.
• Coordinate signage, collateral, and digital listings to reflect brand standards and enhance customer experience.
• Drive traffic and improve community presentation across multiple LGI Homes communities.
• Provide weekly insights, analyze traffic trends, and report to leadership.
• Manage marketing inventory, vendors, photography/video needs, and event post-follow-ups.
