???? We're Hiring a Field Marketing Assistant!

ALL IN Painting is looking for a bold, outgoing, and reliable Field Marketing Assistant to help us grow our brand the grassroots way—right in our neighborhoods. This is just a summer job but may turn into more.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive a company vehicle to active job sites serving the surrounding Indianapolis Area

• Distribute door hangers to surrounding homes

• Represent ALL IN Painting with a professional and upbeat attitude

• Log your route and report basic updates to our team

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who isn’t afraid of rejection or the occasional grumpy neighbor ????

• A self-starter who can work independently and stay organized

• Friendly, respectful, and comfortable talking to people when needed

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

What You Get:

• $15 to $18/hour based on experience

• Company vehicle and gas card provided during work hours

• Flexible schedule (8–16 hours/week)
