Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (Agronomy/Biologicals)

Location: Remote-based within Colorado, Kansas, and Nebraska territory

Job Type: Full-Time | Remote with Travel

Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 base + Commission with Unlimited Potential

TerraMax Inc. is a respected manufacturer and supplier of microbial-based agricultural products designed to enhance crop performance. We partner with a wide distribution network including agricultural cooperatives, independent agronomy centers, and individual growers across the U.S.

We are actively seeking a Territory Sales Manager with a strong background in agronomic sales, especially in biologicals and seed treatments, to grow our presence across Colorado, Kansas, and Nebraska.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand relationships with ag cooperatives, agronomy retailers, and large-scale growers
  • Generate and manage a dynamic pipeline of leads and prospective customers
  • Deliver technical agronomic advice on microbial solutions for crops
  • Execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed territory sales targets
  • Provide product training and support to channel partners and end-users
  • Attend and represent TerraMax at trade shows, meetings, and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide market insights and contribute to content for digital/social media platforms
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction with timely follow-up and technical support

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 2+ years of proven agronomy/agriculture product sales experience, ideally in biological inputs or seed treatments
  • A strong understanding of agronomy, soil science, plant nutrition, or biological ag solutions
  • A bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Soil Science, Ag Business, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
  • Demonstrated success working across complex sales channels and customer tiers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is highly beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • A self-motivated, goal-driven personality with excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to travel across the assigned territory
  • Must reside within the designated sales region
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
