Job summary

Orthodontic-Experts-Management-LLC is seeking a Junior Referral Marketing Coordinator to build relationships with dental offices in your territory. This entry-level, field-based role supports marketing outreach and referral partner development.

Training and ongoing support will be provided; travel to Bucktown, Mundelein, West Loop, Lakeview, Old Town, and Dekalb is required. Ideal for growth in marketing, sales, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Organized and able to manage a schedule independently.
• Field-based role with travel required (approximately 90-95%).
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit dental offices in your assigned territory to introduce Orthodontic Experts and build relationships.
• Support and maintain relationships with existing referral partners through regular check-ins and visits.
• Assist with coordinating and attending Lunch & Learns and other outreach events.
• Help track and update referral activity and office interactions in our systems.
• Provide feedback on field observations, opportunities and trends.
• Assist with marketing initiatives such as holiday drops, email follow-ups, and office engagement.
• Support doctors and team members during community visits and events.
• Share updates and materials with dental offices (digital and in-person).
• Maintain organized notes, schedules, and communication with your direct manager.
