Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a Customer Experience Team across multiple industrial properties. You will coordinate repairs, inspect sites, monitor vendor work, and address maintenance and safety concerns while collaborating with Real Estate and Customer Experience Managers.

Required are 3+ years of skilled maintenance, experience across multiple trades, and ability to document findings using work orders and building systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of skilled maintenance experience.
• Experience in two or more areas: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, HVAC, fire and life safety, or dock equipment.
• Experience using work order, life safety, alarm, facility management, or building control systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate general property maintenance, including repairs and inspections, with customers, vendors, and managers.
• Conduct property inspections of grounds, safety, and overall condition; document issues and support timely action.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Coordinate walkthroughs and move-ins/outs, and annual inspections with customers and vendors.
• Monitor and document vendor work; escalate issues to the Real Estate and Customer Experience Manager.
• Maintain safe storage of supplies and complete required safety training.
• Identify opportunities to serve customers through Prologis products and services.
