Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support roughly 22 million square feet of industrial properties in the Lehigh Valley. You will perform inspections, coordinate repairs, monitor vendor work, and assist with move-ins/move-outs while partnering with Real Estate & Customer Experience Managers.

Responsibilities include safety checks, proactive site inspections, and leveraging value-added services.

Qualifications

3+ years of skilled maintenance experience.
Basic proficiency using software applications on desktop and mobile devices.
Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, or heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

Perform general property maintenance activities, including inspections, repair coordination, troubleshooting, and recommendations for corrective action.
Build productive relationships with customers and vendors by coordinating repairs, walkthroughs, move-ins, move-outs, and annual inspections.
Inspect properties for grounds, curb appeal, safety, cleanliness, landscaping, and general condition, and coordinate actions with managers.
Inspect, monitor, and document vendor work and report unusual conditions, damage, or safety concerns to managers.
Maintain safe storage of supplies and ensure tools remain in working condition.
Respond to emergency situations and maintenance concerns in coordination with the Customer Experience Team.
Support identifying additional customer needs aligned with Prologis value-added products and services.
