Job summary

Facilities Maintenance Management is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and repair building systems on-site. The technician will be assigned to multiple locations and must be available for after-hours emergency calls.

The role requires hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to log maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Five years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects while applying core values.
• Proficient with computers, text, and email.
• Willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building operating systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Respond to safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and environmental requests.
• Prepare maintenance logs and use CMMS/work order systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and management for outside work.
• Ensure safety and continuous operation of the building.
• Follow site operating procedures and maintain organized files.
