Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Customer Experience Team across San Antonio properties. You will perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs, inspect facilities, and coordinate work with licensed contractors to ensure safe operations and appealing surroundings.

The role requires hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related trades, and the ability to move between properties and respond after hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of skilled maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot building systems across multiple trades.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs across multiple properties.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment; coordinate vendor work.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues to minimize downtime.
• Schedule repairs, walkthroughs, and inspections with RECX Manager.
• Provide timely updates to customers and teams; foster relationships.
