Job summary

Main Street Renewal is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to respond to and repair property issues across our metro-area properties in Atlanta. You will work under the Maintenance Lead to complete plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related repairs, while documenting work with before/after photos and maintaining supply levels.

The role emphasizes strong customer service to residents, multi-tasking in a fast-paced field environment, and growing toward the Maintenance Technician Lead

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and repair property issues identified by residents.
• Review daily calendar for assigned work orders and gather supplies.
• Schedule tasks and communicate with residents on arrival times.
