Job summary

Main Street Renewal is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to respond to and repair property issues across the metro-area. You will manage daily work orders, coordinate with residents, and complete repairs within SLA while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in maintenance, basic trades knowledge (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry), and a valid driver’s license. This is an in-person role with travel to properties and potential collaboration with a

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years maintenance experience minimum.
• 1 year in single-family or multi-family property management preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry knowledge preferred.
• HVAC/electrical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and repair property issues identified by residents.
• Review daily work orders and plan tasks.
• Communicate with residents on arrival times and status of repairs.
• Close work orders promptly and document work with photos.
• Perform rekeying and secure properties as needed.
• Assist with move-in audits and pre-move-in repairs.
