Job summary

National Community Renaissance seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, ensure property upkeep, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will work with the Community Manager to manage budgets, schedule work orders, and coordinate capital improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance, 2-3 years supervisory experience, HVAC certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in resident services and maintenance.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience.
• HVAC certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Community Manager to maintain property within budget.
• Oversee all maintenance projects and supervise the maintenance team.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, custodial, and related repairs.
• Schedule work orders and ensure 24-hour completion when possible; maintain PM records.
• Assist in apartment inspections and refurbishing prior to resident occupancy.
