CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Roving Maintenance Supervisor for the Chelsea Region, covering San Diego, CA. The role oversees maintenance across multiple properties, leads a on-site team, completes work orders promptly, and participates in after-hours on-call rotations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance, 1–2 years in a supervisory role, and strong technical and communication skills. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on apartment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach the maintenance team and monitor performance against community goals.
• Train maintenance staff on procedures for maintenance, safety and customer service.
• Assist Community Manager with annual budget and bid recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and CONAM policies.
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure safety and operational standards are met in maintenance activities.
• Must be able to drive locally for property management tasks.
