Job summary

CONAM Management Corporation in San Diego is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician for the San Diego Conventional (Central and South) properties. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to resident requests, oversee turnovers, and support on-call maintenance across multiple apartment communities.

The role requires 1–2 years of apartment maintenance, proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years in apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• Proficiency with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Ability to operate and maintain common hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Address resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Oversee unit turnovers: inspections, repairs, and cleaning.
• Maintain curb appeal through landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management staff.
