CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Roving Maintenance Supervisor for Hunters Run Apartments in Beaverton, OR. You will oversee maintenance across multiple properties, coach on-site teams, and complete work orders promptly to ensure high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on apartment maintenance experience
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
• Experience with multi‑family properties and safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Coach and monitor maintenance team performance with Community Manager
• Train staff on maintenance, safety and customer service procedures
• Assist with annual budget and bid recommendations
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems
• Handle after-hours emergencies in on-call rotations
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across maintenance activities
