Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Strong troubleshooting and resident service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Address resident service requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee turnovers: inspections, repairs, and cleaning for move-ins.
• Maintain curb appeal through exterior upkeep and landscaping.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management for multi-property upkeep.
• participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure safety regulations and standards are followed.
