Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff across multiple New Jersey properties. You will guide technicians and porters, coordinate repairs, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities include supervising make‑ready turnover, preventative maintenance, inspections, and coordination with the Property Manager. A high school diploma/GED is required, 3 years of oversight experience, and a valid driver’s license; EPA

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training certifications a plus.
• Three years of oversight of maintenance buildings and team members.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.
• EPA certification required within six months of employment (company provides certification).
• Preferred: EPA 608 Universal; CAMT.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the maintenance staff and supervise technicians and porters.
• Oversee make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing within five business days.
• Use the company mobile maintenance app to manage service requests and repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance monthly according to policy.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and local regulations.
• Coordinate budgeting for repair, maintenance, and capital expenses.
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and supervisors.
• Occasional on-call emergency maintenance and travel between properties.
