Maymont Homes is seeking a Maintenance Field Manager to lead an in-house maintenance team for its single-family rental portfolio. You will drive on-site maintenance, ensure timely work orders, and maintain resident satisfaction while upholding company standards.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in maintenance, facilities management, or operations leadership.
• Experience supervising field maintenance teams.
• Residential property management or SFR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily field maintenance operations and service requests.
• Lead and develop maintenance technicians and ensure safety standards.
• Implement proactive maintenance strategies and schedules.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize field performance and costs.
• Collaborate with dispatch and office-based coordinators.
• Travel up to 30% to support multi-property operations.
