Job summary

Brookfield Properties, through its Maymont Homes portfolio, seeks a Maintenance Field Manager to lead an in-house maintenance tech team across a high-volume SFR portfolio. You will ensure timely work order completion, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in field operations.

You will mentor technicians, enforce safety protocols, and partner with dispatch and maintenance coordinators to optimize workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Min. 5+ years in maintenance, facilities or operations leadership.
• Experience supervising field maintenance teams; residential exp preferred.
• Strong leadership, safety, and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field maintenance operations to ensure timely completion of work orders and service requests.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians in the field.
• Conduct field visits to assess performance and ensure quality standards.
• Train technicians on company standards, safety procedures, and best practices.
