Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team across our communities.

The role encompasses interior and exterior upkeep, repairs, and grounds maintenance to ensure safety and attractiveness for residents. Candidates should have 2–5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing, EPA 608 Type I/II and CPO certifications, and strong supervisory and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• 2-5 years maintenance experience in multi-family housing preferred.
• EPA 608 Type I and II certifications and CPO certification required.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry and mechanical repair knowledge.
• Proficient with Ops Technology and email communication.
• Ability to work days/evenings, weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and supervise maintenance staff; conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Ensure community and grounds are in good repair and safe for residents.
• Inspect and identify repair needs in the community and grounds.
• Coordinate lawn and outdoor services with approved vendors.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and manage trash removal.
