Job summary

Warren CAT is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative in the Ardmore, OK area to drive sales, rental, and leasing of new and used machines. This role involves meeting with customers, demonstrating equipment, and coordinating deliveries while traveling up to 80% of the time.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage customer relationships and close deals. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or five years related experience or training.
• Excellent communication skills to read, write, and interpret instructions.
• Strong conflict management, listening, and follow-through to ensure customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Compile lists of prospective customers and maintain information in Warren CAT software.
• Travel throughout territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Display or demonstrate product using samples or catalog and emphasize salable features.
• Quote prices and credit terms; prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
• Estimate delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules.
• Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems with products and deliveries.
• Study machine abilities and applications to match customer needs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide forecast reports.
