Wachter is a family‑owned company seeking self‑motivated Low Voltage Service Technicians to support service and installation projects at locations across the United States.

You will install and maintain low voltage cabling, work independently, and travel regionally with some overnight stays. Wachter values relationships, safety, and quality, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Data Cable Technician with CAT5e, fiber optic, and network experience.
• Industry-specific certifications (BICSI, Systimax, Panduit, Beldon, Corning) are ahuge plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain low voltage cabling in commercial buildings.
• Run low voltage cabling in accordance with safety standards.
• Conduct tests to ensure cable systems and devices are operational.
• Troubleshoot issues with the cable network.
• Travel regionally daily; some overnight stays may be required.
