Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years as lighting technician or electrical maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Familiarity with national/local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair indoor and outdoor lighting systems.
• Interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical documents.
• Perform inspections and routine maintenance of lighting equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in lighting circuits, controls, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and electrical codes.
• Operate tools, testing equipment, and lifts safely during calls.
• Collaborate with supervisors and project managers to meet deadlines.
• Maintain records of installations, repairs, and inspections.
• Participate in safety training and hazard analyses.
