Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of relevant technical experience.
• Understanding of basic electrical components (relays, drivers, ballasts).
• Experience with lighting control systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite lighting and control startup, troubleshooting and end user training.
• Provide expert support for both internal and external customers.
• Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide engineering support and communicate cross-functionally.
