Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent, 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Working general computer skills, including e-mail, spreadsheet, word processing, and data entry.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Understanding of basic electrical components (relays, drivers, ballasts, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Onsite lighting and control startup, troubleshooting, and end‑user training (60%).
• Provide expert support for internal and external customers regarding field applications of product (25%).
• Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to deliver differentiated service (10%).
• Provide engineering support and communicate cross‑functionally with other departments (5%).
